At PowerFlow AI, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, including PowerFlow AI CRM snapshots, funnels, conversation AI, AI agents, prompts, and related assets. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital products made through PowerFlow AI are final and non-refundable.

Once a snapshot, funnel, prompt, or other digital asset is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions for Billing Errors

Refunds are only available in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges (you were billed twice for the same product).

  • Incorrect charges (you were billed an incorrect amount).

If you believe you have experienced a billing error:

  • Our team will review your case.
